Summer 2010
Kim and Jerry came to visit on their way south, after 5 days in Bar Harbor, ME. The highlight of their stay with us was eating lobsters on the pier in Kittery, ME overlooking the Portsmouth harbor. Joe and Jerry actually ate lobster rolls while Kim and I did the cracker and poker act so we could devour every last bit of our lobsters. Delicious! Or maybe the highlight was fighting too many mosquitos in our yard so we couldn't finish Joe's back yard movie of the night, "Notorious"! We finished this great "oldie moldie" inside. It was great to see Kim and Jerry again. What's new with you?

Sounds like you had a great time! I am going to make it east next year and will try to connect up and down the coast....right now I just have to be content with reading about it. Started a new book: That Old Cape Magic by Richard Russo!
ReplyDeleteSummer has been going by fast. The mornings are cool here and lovely already, feeling like autumn. I am meeting up with my Keokuk friends in NYC later in the fall. Should be a fun trip to reconnect after a few years.
